ASA Elevates Bathroom Remodel

Asa Healthcare Solutions, located at 240 E Washington Ave in Ashburn, has recently completed a major remodel of their kitchen and bathroom areas, thanks in part to funding from the Turner County Development Authority (TCDA) Grant Program.

The remodel was undertaken in the former Bancorp building, which now serves as the headquarters for Asa Elevates, the leadership division of Asa Healthcare Solutions. Asa Elevates is dedicated to educating, empowering, and developing people personally and professionally through a wide range of solutions designed to elevate leaders, companies, teams, and individuals for business advancement.

“We are grateful for the support from the TCDA Grant, which made this remodel possible,” said Tracy Edwards. “This updated space allows us to continue our mission of serving the community and helping people reach their full potential.”

The improvements not only enhance the functionality of the facility but also contribute to the revitalization and growth of downtown Ashburn.

hardy’s Flowers etc.’s New Signs

In 2025, the Turner County Development Authority expanded its Revitalization Matching Grant to include all commercially zoned businesses within the city limits of Ashburn, Sycamore, and Rebecca. Originally launched in 2021 to target downtown Ashburn, the expanded program now supports a wider range of local businesses with property improvement needs.
Hardy’s Flowers was one of the first businesses approved under the newly expanded grant. With funding support from the Development Authority, they were able to install brand-new, eye-catching signage that enhances their storefront and boosts visibility.
The Revitalization Matching Grant covers a wide variety of eligible improvements, including signage, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and special requests. The goal is simple: to help businesses across Turner County improve their spaces and thrive.
